Meditation Reflection: During that meditation, I felt like all my need to fight and have anger were pulled out and I just felt happy.

Meditation Reflection: After the meditation I felt refreshed and clear.

Meditation Reflection: Honestly, that was really calming. I felt like I was able to reflect on my day and it helped me destress. I think it was really cool to think about the plant idea, and I really really liked that. Thank you so much! I felt like I was able to let go of the things that had been making this week kinda hard and that was really really nice.

Meditation Reflection: During the meditation I could really feel my feelings. I felt very grounded.

Meditation Reflection: calm. I don't know how else to describe how I felt. I found it engaging, but in a way that is calming, not just like an engaging lesson.

Meditation Reflection: I felt very relaxed and cleansed.

What did you learn about yourself? I think something I learned about myself is I really need to try before I give up. Because in the beginning, I wasn't really sure about it, but the more I just relaxes and really tried, it felt a lot better.

How do you feel after yoga? I feel grounded. I am very inflexible so when I do yoga I am very uncomfortable. by the end, when I was done It felt very nice to not strain my muscles. After I felt sort of like I was being reborn.

Thinking over the whole unit, what did Rebekah do well as a teacher? Rebekah  was very easy to learn from and she made it easy to learn about difficult topics.

Thinking over the whole unit, what did Rebekah do well as a teacher? She really talked to us and helped us when we were struggling. And she is super fun to have around. She is funny and open to new ideas.

How do you feel after yoga? I felt so great, when we were coming back upstairs I felt like I was flying or floating and I had a spring in my step. It helped to center me and I felt really in control of my body.

How do you feel after yoga? very relaxed and it helped clear my head with all of the thoughts on my mind.

Thinking over the whole unit, what did Rebekah do well as a teacher? I think she did a really good job explaining everything, and making it clear how everything she was teaching us about is connected. Also, she's a really really, good yoga teacher. That was the best part for me, and I thought it tied all our learning together at the end.

Thinking over the whole unit, what did you find difficult? Probley doing yoga to go out of my comfort zone. But once we got into it it was super fun.

My Journey: I have never enjoyed yoga, I guess my journey began here, with this class. this is the only time I have ever gotten close to enjoying yoga, in my entire life, and I guess it wasn't to bad.

Meditation Reflection: It was so great, I really enjoyed and found the flower visual very easy to see, engaging. It helped me a lot since I'm getting over a cold and breathing through my mouth doesn't help. It helped me calm down.
