Restorative

Less is more. That's the motto of restorative yoga. Gentle stretches are held for 5-20 minutes. Props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, pillows, etc are heavily used to support comfort and relaxation. Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system promoting rest, recovery, and healing both physically and mentally. Guided meditations and breathing exercises are practiced to help facilitate relaxation and practice emotional regulation. 

Gentle Flow

A good stretch and light strength work. Focuses on coordination of movement and breath. A dance between body and being.  

Power

Heavy strength work and fast tempo. This class is when you need a good sweat.
